課程概述	本課程以 Biochemistry (Berg, Tymoczko and Stryer, 7ed) 為課本。內容包括：生化基本分子、生化代謝與合成路徑等。因為『分子生物學』為生化科技系必修課程，為避免內容重複，本課程並無講授分子生物學之部分。本系開設之生物化學，上下學期各由二至四名教師任課，每學期至少有二至四次考試，對學生要求嚴格︰若非主修生物科技的同學，建議選修如『生物化學乙』之精要課程。
